用轴对称壳单元分析压力容器的弹塑性变形
Elasto-plastic Analysis of Pressure Vessels With Curved Axisymmetric Shell Elements
【摘要】 本文根据 Prandtl-Reuss 塑性流动理论及等向强化 von-Mises 准则[1],采用曲面轴对称壳单元[2]分析了球壳接管和椭球封头在均匀内压下的弹塑性变形,计算结果与实验数据基本符合。
【Abstract】 In this paper,elasto plastic deformation of the flush nozzle in a sphericalvessel and the ellipsoidal head with an attached cylindrical vessel under uniforminternal pressure is analyzed with doubly curved axisymmetric shell elements basedon Prandtl-Rtuss theory of plastic flow and von-Mises criteria of isotropic har-dening.the calculated results coincide approximately with the experimental data.
