通过特殊嫁接技术自发传导外源遗传物质获得远缘无性杂种的研究——I.叶用甜菜-甘蓝目间无性杂种当代的鉴定
STUDIES ON OBTAINING DISTANT RELATED ASEXUAL HYBRIDS BY A SPECIAL GRAFTING TECHNIQUE FOR TRANSFERRING OF EXOGENOUS GENETIC MATERIALS——Ⅰ. Identification and characterization of an interordinal leaf beet-cabbage asexual hybrid
【摘要】 通过特殊的嫁接技术,将中央种子目黎科叶用甜菜(Beta vulgaris L.vat.cicla L.)的遗传物质自发传导入罂粟目十字花科牛心甘蓝(Brassica oleracea var.capitata L.)的体细胞后,经过组织培养,获得了甜菜-甘蓝目间杂种植物。杂种植物的花型发生较大的变化,并且高度不育。杂种根尖细胞有丝分裂染色体有不规则现象。同工酶带型也发生变化。杂种种子于1984年一月播种,出苗后移入大田,10个多月来,尚未开花。子代同工酶仍有变化。
【Abstract】 By a special grafting technique, genetic materials of leaf beet (Beta hulgaris L. var. cicla L.) have been spontaneously transferred into the somatic cells of cabbage (Brassica oleracea var. capitata L.).We have obtained some leaf beet-cabbage interordinal hybrids from the transferred cells by aid of tissue culture. The flower shape of the hybrids greatly changed and these hybrids were highly sterile. The root-tip mitotic chromosome aberrations have also been observed. The zymographic pattern of isoe- nzymes also changed. Only one seed of these hybrids has been obtained and was sowed in January 1984 and thereafter the seedling was transplanted in the field, but they still did not go to flower after 10 months of growing. There were still of some iso- enzymatic and other changes in the F1 progeny.
