【摘要】 在余热利用中要涉及换热器的优化计算,为此需解决经济效益对初投资偿付费的比值为最佳的问题。爱德华兹等提出用热经济参数作为判据进行优化计算。本文讨论了余热利用中可能遇到的各种情况,推导了逆流式换热器、顺流式换热器、1—2、1—4、1—6型壳管式换热器、以及交叉流式换热器的优化计算公式,并把结果整理成表1至3和图1至6,供工程应用参考。这种优化计算方法有一定的实用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the optimum calculation of heat exchangers is dealt with in energy conser-vation projects,the problem of how to obtain an optimum ratio economically benifitialto the annual charge of first cost has to be solved. Bdwards and others have proposedthermoeconomic parameter E as a criterion for realizing the optimization of heatexchangers.This paper is concerned with different situations liable to be encountered inenergy conservation and the various calculation formulae for counter flow,parallel flow,1-2,1-4,1-6 shell-and-tube types,as well as crossflow heat exchangers.The resultsare summarised in Tables 1 to 3 and Figures 1 to 6,which can be used in engineeringapplications.There are practical values in this kind of optimum method.更多还原
