延髓背部微量注射促神经素对猫胃运动的影响
Effect of Microinjection of Neurotropin into the Dorsal Part of Medulla on the Antral Phasic Contraction in Cats
【摘要】 本文以胃窦位相性收缩为指标探讨促神经素(NSP)对植物神经中枢的作用。实验在肌松成年猫上进行。结果表明:15例动物中10例在尾端延髓背部注射10μl NSP后,胃窦位相性收缩幅度明显增强,收缩频率稍有减慢,其效应以注射后10min和30min时为最强。以生理盐水为对照,15例中仅有5例收缩幅度明显增强,且其效应以注射后即刻为最强,作者认为这可能是机械刺激所造成。文中对NSP增强胃运动的作用途径进行了讨论。
【Abstract】 The study was designed to examine whether neurotropin (NSP) has any effect on the autonomic nervous centres in the medulla. Experiments were performed on 15 cats. The antral phasic contraction of the stomach was used as an indicator of the activities of the centres. After microinjection of NSP (10μl), the amplitude of the antral phasic contractions of 10 cats was significantly increased while the frequency of contraction was slightly decreased. These effects were more evident 10 to 30 minutes after injection. The injection of normal saline (10μl) was used as control.After saline injection, the amplitude of the antral phasic contractions was also increased in 5 of the 15 cats, but the effect was only evident in a very brief period just after injection. Therefore, the authors assume that the effect of saline is due to mechanical stimulation of the centres. The pathway of the excitatory effect of NSP on antral contraction is perhaps through the dorsal motor nucleus of vagus and the vagus nerves.
