【摘要】 铸铁管及铸铁管件新标准已颁布实行,但其中不再列有工作压力,本文旨在对新标准的制订方法作一解释,并按制订标准的思路,拟订出实际计算壁厚和选用管子等级的方法。文中阐述了铸铁管壁厚T公式的推导,并提出按铺管条件来计算壁厚T的方法,给出了计算示例。铸铁管由于造价低廉和耐腐蚀的特点而被广泛用于城市自来水和煤气系统,也用于生活污水处理和消防水源等系统。鉴于其使用的广泛性,1982年在冶金部标准化所的主持下,修订了“YB428-64”标准,使之与国际标准相接近,新标准革除了以工作水压力为设计选用的方法,这就提出了如何正确设计计算和选用不同级别管子的问题。本文拟就这方面作初步探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Recently, a new standard for cast tubes and their parts has been promulgated and put into practice. However, no working pressure has been specified along with it. In this paper, an attempt is made at explaining the procedure of the establishment of the new standard, and accordingly, a practical method of calculation of the wall thickness of tubes and their grade selection are discussed in detail. The formula for wall thickness T of cast iron tubes and the method of calculation corresponding to tubing conditions are also given together with illustrative examples.更多还原
