【Abstract】 An assay for the specific detection of HBsAg-CIC composed of different immunoglobulins (IgG and IgM) by ELISA using anti-HBs attached on solid phase was reported in this paper. thismethod was most suitable for the detection of HBsAg-CIC with slightly exce- ssive antigen. The results of the detection in different types of patients with chronic HB showed that the incidence of HBsAg-CIC in HBAC and CAH was remarkably higher than that in CPH, in ad- dition, BHsAg/IgM was more close- ly related with the difference of disease types and with the activity of liver damage.更多还原
