【Abstract】 Five pregnant Guizhou pory mares were usedto determine the serum gonadotropin levels. Samples were collected every 10 days from mares of 40,50,60,70,80,90,100,110,and 120 day’s pregnancy respectively and subiected to biological assay. The data were 20 m.n./ml at 40 days of pregnancy, 100 m.u./ml at 50, 320-380 at 60, 320-360at 70, 280 at 80, 240 at 90, 140-180 at 100, 100 at 110, and 20 at 120. our finding showed a surge occurred in 60 to 70 days period of pregnancy, the younger mares were higher producer than the older ones, but no difference was shown at 80 days of pregnancy.更多还原
