添加剂对高氯酸铝溶液中铝合金阳极行为的影响
THE INFLUENCE OF ADDITIVES ON THE ANODIC PERFORMANCE OF ALUMINUM ALLOY 7395 IN ALUMINUM PERCHLORATE SOLUTION
【摘要】 本文采用恒电位法测定了铝合金7395电极在高氯酸铝体系中的Tafel曲线及负差异效应与电流密度的关系;研究了卤素离子、某些阳离子以及表面活性剂对其阳极行为的影响;并用全浸腐蚀实验法测定了自腐蚀速度。实验结果表明,铝合金7395电极在1M Al(ClO4)3(pH=2±0.2)+0.02M NaBr+0.01M Et4NBr+5 ppm明胶的溶液中,其电极性能基本上能满足作干电池阳极的要求。
【Abstract】 The potentiostatic Tafel curves and negative difference effect for the aluminum perchlorate system have been measured to study the effect of halogen ions, certain cations and surfactants on the anodic performance of Al alloy 7395. In addition, the corrosion rates of Al Alloy 7395 have sbeen determined by using immersed method. The experimental results show that Al alloy 7395 might be a good anode for a dry cell in a olution containing 1MAl (ClO4)3 (pH=2±0.2)+0.02M NaBr+0.01M Et4NBr+5ppm gum.
