CTA中空纤维反渗透丝膜体微孔结构的电镜观察和含水特征分析
SEM AND DSC STUDIES OF POROUS STRUCTURE OF CTA RO HOLLOW MEMBRANE
【摘要】 本文利用扫描电镜(SEM)和差热分析(DSC)对国产CTA中空反渗透丝的结构进行了研究。结果表明GTA中空丝的反渗透性能与膜体的微孔结构密切相关。CTA中空丝内的非冻结水含量越高,则膜体的孔隙率越高,膜的产水量越高。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the structure of CTA RO hollow membrane have been studied by SEM and DSC. The results suggest that RO properties of CTA hollow membranes are directly related to the characteristics of cross-sectional pore structure, state of skin layer and amounts of non-freezing water in CTA hollow membranes which decrease with the increase in packing density (porosity) of the polymer in the membrane.
