大孔PS-PVC互贯树脂的合成
THE SYNTHESISE OF MACROPOROUS CROSSLINKED PS-PVC INTERPENETRATING RESINS
【摘要】 PVC(聚氯乙烯)溶解在共溶剂中被大孔交联聚苯乙烯(PS)树脂吸附或PVC溶液与苯乙烯(St)、二乙烯苯(DVB)混合进行悬浮聚合,可合成一系列大孔PS-PVC互贯树脂,其孔容随PVC/PS(重量比)的增加而减小,比表面积急剧下降。PVC/PS相同时,用乙醇或水处理共溶剂,前者使树脂有较大的比表面,后者使互贯树脂中PVC分子量对比表面影响不大。用此互贯树脂胺化所得弱碱树脂处理COD较高的废水或对蜜糖脱色等均效果较好。
【Abstract】 A series of macroporous interpenetrating resins of crosslinked PS-PVC were synthesised by adsorption of PVC solution or by suspension polymerization of mixed solution lncluding PVC. The specific surface area of resins decreases sharply as PVC/PS ratio Increases. The larger specific area was made by treating the resins containing PVC solution with alcohol. This kind of aminated PS-PVC resin has good result in treatment higher COD value waste water.
