电渗析频繁倒极(EDR)工艺探讨

【摘要】 本文简要介绍了EDR工艺的机理、特点和效果,进行了EDR工艺的参数研究,并以一定的倒极周期(每小时3—4次)连续运转2000多小时。表明EDR工艺对高硬度苦咸水脱盐,能有效地防止极化污垢的积累,运行稳定,并能减轻胶体和微生物对装置的危害,延长运转周期。操作成本低,运行简便和经济效益较高。

【Abstract】 Mechanism, characteristic and efficiency for the electrodialysis reversal (EDR) process are presented in this paper. Parameters of the EDR process have been studied, and continually run in more than 2000 hours at given periodic reversal of polarity (3-4 times per hour). The results showed, the accumulation of polarization scale are prevented, and the damage of colloid and microbe to the unit are reduced, so, application areas of the EDR process are extended, such as applied in desalting for high hardness brackish water. The EDR process is provided with lower operational cost, simpler operation, more stable performance and higher economic efficiency than electrodialysis.
