ErxRE1-xP5O14晶体的生长及其光谱
Growth and Spectra of Single Crystals ErxRE1-xP5O14
【摘要】 研究了rxRE1-xP5O14(RE3+:La3+,Nd3+,Yb3+,Y3+,Ho3+,Tm3+,Lu3+;x=0.1~0.9)晶体的生长及其完整性。ErP5O14晶体在所有溶剂中是不溶的。测定和讨论了晶体中 Er3+离子的紫外和可见吸收光谱,荧光光谱及其红外光谱。ErP5O14晶体中有小的浓度猝灭,主要是源于Er3+离子间的交叉驰豫。红外光谱和 X射线分析表明晶体结构有三种:单斜Ⅰ(P21/c),单斜Ⅱ(C2/c)和正交晶系Ⅲ(Pmna)。
【Abstract】 The growth technology and perfection of crystals ErxRE1-xP5O14(RE:La,Nd,Yb,Y,Ho,Tm,Lu;x=0.1-0.9)have been investigated.Crystal ErPsO14is in solublein all conventional solvents.The ultraviolet and visible absorption spectra and the fluo-rescence and infrared spectra of Er3+were measured and discussed.A weak concentra-tion quenching,mainly due to energy transfer between Er3+ions,was observed.It wasshown by the infrared spectrum and X-ray diffraction pattern that the crystal ErP5O14can be classified into three types corresponding to nomoclinic-I(P21/c),monoclinic-Ⅱ(C2/c)and orthorhombic-Ⅲ(Pmna).
