改善拖拉机乘坐舒适性的研究
RESEARCH FOR IMPROVING THE RIDE COMFORT OF TRACTOR OPERATORS
【摘要】 鉴于拖拉机座位系统的隔振性能较差,本文对座位参数进行了优化以改善拖拉机驾驶员的乘坐舒适性。乘坐舒适性的评价指标为乘坐质量沿铅垂方向的稳态高斯随机振动过程的加速度均方根值,并以人体的频率敏感性作为权因子。文章探讨了三种拖拉机力学模型。通过对单自由度线性座位系统各个参数的优化计算找出了改善拖拉机乘坐舒适性的一些途径,提出了力学模型。在此基础上,对比研究了三种具有不同动力特性的座位系统。根据优化计算的结果和实际的可能性,对各种座位系统作了评价。
【Abstract】 The suspensions of seats are optimized with respect to ride comfort. Opti-mal comfort is defined as a minimum root mean square value of a stationary Gaussian random process weighted with respect to human sensitivity. The pro-cess is the operator’s vertical accelerttion. The research follows two steps. The first step is the research on the dynamic models of the tractor. A 1-DOF seat is mounted on three different models of tractor travelling on a randomly profiled road. Through computing, some means improving the ride comfort of tractor operators have been f ound. The second step is the seat structure optimi-zation. The suspensions of three kinds of seats which have diffreent dynamic characteristics are optimized. The seats are mounted on 1-DOF tractor model with the reaction of seats to be neglected. Through computing and analysing, some seats which can improve the ride comfort of tractor operators have been found.
