【摘要】 1980～1984研究了 P 型细胞质不育系的恢保关系、测交 F₁的千粒重和单株生产力,并对不育系和保持系成熟时期的花粉作了电镜扫描观察.结果表明:P型不育系在恢保关系、杂种的千粒重和单株生产力表现上与 T 型不育系无本质区别。故初步结论为:P、T 型不育系属于同一种细胞质的雄性不育类型。更多还原

【Abstract】 The relationship between restoration and maintainance,1000-grain weight and grain yield per plant of F₁,test cross in P-type cytoplasmic male sterile line was studied from 1980-1984.The development of pollens in mature anthers of P-and T-sterile type was also investigated by scanning microscopy in 1983. The results obtained show that there is no essential distinction in the rela- tionship between restoration and maintainance,the 1000-grain weight and the grain yield per plant of F₁,hybrids both in P-and T-type. The experimental results presented here show that both the P-type and T- type sterile line belong to the same kind of cytoplasmic sterile line.更多还原
