【摘要】 用两组亲本杂交的 F₁杂种及其亲本,分析了亲子相关和性状相关.结果表明:①亲子相关 F₁株高、容重与高亲呈极显著的正相关;F₁籽粒赖氨酸含量、百克蛋白质中赖氮酸含量、抽穗期与低亲分别呈显著和极显著的正相关;F₁籽拉蛋白质含量、沉淀值与中亲呈极显著的正相关.②性状相关蛋白质亩产量与籽拉亩产量呈高度显著的正相关,与籽粒蛋白质含量亦呈正相关,但相关不显著;籽粒亩产量与千粒重、容重呈高度显著的正相关,与籽粒蛋白质含量呈显著负相关;抽穗期与千拉重、容重呈极显著的负相关;株高与千拉重呈极显著的正相关;千拉重与容重呈极显著的正相关;籽粒蛋白质含量与籽粒赖氨酸含量、湿面筋含量、干面筋含量呈极显著的正相关,与百克蛋白质中赖氨酸含量极呈显著的负相关;籽粒赖氨酸含量与湿面筋含量、干面筋含量呈极显著的正相关,与容重呈极显著的负相关;湿面筋含量与干面筋含量呈高度显著的正相关.更多还原

【Abstract】 Using 12 F1 hybrids derived from the diallel cross of two T-cytoplasmic A- lines and each of six R-lines as well as their parents,the correlation between pa- rents and offsprings and the simple correlation between characteristics were studied during 1983-1984,with the purpose of providing information for plant breeding practice. The results were as follows. (1)The positively significant correlation was found between the high-parents and offsprings in plant height and test wt.,between the low-parents and offspr- ings in heading date,grain lysine content per 100 g.protein,and between the mid-parent-value and offsprings in grain protein content and sedimentation. (2)The positive correlation between protein output per mu and grain protein content was not significant,but it was highly significant between protein output per mu and grain yield per mu.The negative correlation of heading date with 1000-kernel wt.and test wt.were significant.There were positive correlation plant height to 1000-kernel wt.and test wt.There exsisted highly significant positive correlation btween 1000-kernel wt.and test wt..The significant corre- lation of grain protein content were positive to grain lysine content,wet and dry gluten content,but negative to lysine content per 100 g.protein.The significant correlation of grain lysine content were positive with wet and dry gluten content, but negative with test wt..The positive correlation between wet and dry gluten content was highly significant.更多还原
