T型杂种小麦品质及农艺性状的研究 Ⅰ、杂种优势和配合力

【摘要】 本文利用2(不育系)×6(恢复系)两组亲本杂交的12个杂种及其相应亲本材料,研究了20个品质及农艺性状的杂种优势和配合力.结合本试验结果对供试亲本进行了具体评价,并讨论了配合力与杂种优势的关系以及在配合力方面亲本选配的问题。首次提出了单位面筋沉淀值的概念。

【Abstract】 Using 12 F1 hybrids derived from the diallel cross of two T.cytoplasmie A- lines and each of six R-lines as well as their parents,the heterosis and combining ability with respect to grain quality and other agronomic characteristics were studied during 1983-1984 with the purpose of providing a theoretical basis for choosing parental materials in hybrid developing program. The results were as follows: (1)Heterosis of grain protein output per mu was the most remarkable,foll- owed by that of grain wt.per spike,grain yield per plant 1000-kernel wt.and plant height in proper order.Heterosis of other characteristics was rather low,while a high negative heterosis could be observed when heading date was concerned. (2)A complementary effect could be observed between parents with high g.c. a.and thosewith low g.c.a..The relationship between g.c.a.&s.c.a.is uncertain, nor is that between the level of parental characteristics and g.c.a..A better parent should,therefore,be one that has a high level of the important character- istics.high g.c.a.and high σ~2 sca. (3)The expression of heterosis is related not only to g.c.a.and s.c.a.but also to the level of parental characteristics and other factors. (4)The use of S.O.S.(specific gluten sedimentation)was proposed for the first time.It was expressed by the quantity of sedimentation volume of flour which contains 1 g.dry gluten(ml/g).
