【Abstract】 A calculating method of deposition and erosion of mud is proposed in this paper which is based on the advance in study of characteristics of cohesive fine sediment in tidal flow. And the investigation of a series of factors relating to the deposition of silt, including hydraulic condition, topography, supplement of silt, silt characteristics and depth of the dug channel are considered.
