【摘要】 自1974年5月～1984年4月,共收治妊娠性恶性滋养细胞肿瘤246例,依宋氏等诊断标准,发病年龄以25～35岁为最多,其中有195例发生转移,以肺转移为主,常用化学药物,与协和医院相同。剂量稍低于协和,而取得近似的效果。我们加用中医中药,依辩证施治的原则,在临床上分为Ⅲ型,即:气虚血瘀型(盆腔转移),邪毒蕴肺型(肺转移),气血两虚型(广泛转移)。结果证实,服中药组付作用小,病人免疫力强。对青年妇女尽量不作手术,保存生育机能,已有106例再次妊娠,74例正常分娩,且婴儿发育正常,很受病人欢迎,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 A study on curing 246 cases with pregnancy malignant trophoblastoma bytraditional aud western medicine was reported in this paper From May,1974to April,1984,246 cases were admitted to our hospital,and their ages rangedfrom 25 to 35.Among these cases 195 were matastatie,and they are mostlypulmonary matastatic.The ehemical medicine are same as that of Beijing XieheHospital,however,the dosage is slight lower than that of one,and traditionalmedicine are takers.Accordimg to the principie of the dialectical treatment,it is,dividedinto:1)Type of deficiency of vital energy and stasis;2)Type ofdeficiency of both vital energy and blood;3)Type of invasion lungs due toevil poison.The results show that,the patients taken by traditional drugshad a less side effects,but a higher immunity.The operation should not beperformed on wonien of child-hearing age if possible,so that they are stillable to have children.246 cases with 106 cures are already pregnant again.74 cures have a safe.labour,and their babies are coming on wetl.The patientslike to take this thrapy,and it worth recommending.更多还原
