48只家兔完全窒息时血压、血气变化
CHANGES OF BP AND BLOOD GAS IN 48 COMPLETELY ASPHYXIATED RABBITS
【摘要】 <正> 为了探讨急性呼吸衰竭吋血压、血气变化的规律,于84年2~4月间在48只家兔身上复制了完全性窒息的模型,并观察了動脉血压,動脉血氧分压(PaO2)、二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)和pH的变化,现初步报道如下: 实验方法用新疆石河子地区(海拔443米)成年杂毛健康家兔48只,雌雄不拘,体重在2~3Kg之间。手术野用1%普鲁卡因局麻后,在急性手术条件下,作气管插管和颈動脉插
【Abstract】 We remake 48 completely asphyxiated models of rabbits of Shihezi area in Xinjiang(443 meters above sea level)and observe BP, PaO2 PaCO2 and pH. Under local anesthesia, after acute operation, blood pressure of rabbits is almost-120mmHg, PaO2=95.81+7.99mmHg; PaCO2=27.50+4.87mmHg; pH7.45+0.06. After acute complete asphyxia, BP of rabbits rapidly rises to 160-180 mmHg within 1-2 minutes. Pa O2=27.29+10.62mmHg; PaCO2=42.67+6.22mmHg; pH7.29+0.08. Then BP falls to 60mmHg during about 4-5 minutes. Pa O2=12.04+6.64; Pa CO2=62.10+10.92; pH7.09+0.08 The law of BP changes of rabbits after complete asphyxia is that hypotension follows hypertension. It’s mechanism is complex. It has something to do with hypozemia, hypereapnia and acidemia, but hypoxia is the main factor.
