【摘要】 本文报告10例隐球菌脑膜炎。其共同特点是起病缓慢。病程较长,常有头痛,眼底视乳头水肿及颅冲经损害,脑脊液糖含量显著降低,墨汁涂片易发现隐球菌。本文对其诊断、治疗和予后作了简要的讨论,旨在提高对本病的认识。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,10 cases with cryp-tococcal meningitis are reported.Thediagnoses were established mainly byIndia ink smear and cerebrospinal fluidculture.The onset of the illness wasinsidious.Most patients had severeheadache,nausea,and vomiting.Somealso had diplopia,blurred vision andoculomotor dysfunction suggesting Ⅲ,Ⅳor Ⅵ cranial nerve palsies.The followingconditions should be considered:(1)continued high fever,(2)protractedcourse of disease,(3)extreme hypogly-corrhachia,(4)severe meningoencepha-litis,(5)delayed diagnosis and inappro-priate therapy,(6)concurrent existenceof a severe chronic underlying disease,(7)the use of immunosuppressive agentsresulting in decreased cellular immunity.Emphysis was made on the diagnosis and different diagnosis of the disease.更多还原
