【摘要】 本文对国产⁵¹铬释放试验的实验条件(靶细胞、⁵¹铬的用量、标记时间及标记细胞的存放等)进行了探讨。与英国放化中心提供的⁵¹铬酸钠相比,国产⁵¹铬制剂虽然放射性比度、利用率和标记率较低,但用量在100—200μci时细胞毒性反应甚轻,自然释放率小于15%。通过NK细胞活性的测定表明:国产⁵¹铬释放法是令人满意的。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the Cr-51 release assay,theexperimental factors(kinds of targetcells,dosage of radioactivity,labellingtimes and storage of labelled cells)ofCr-51 of the China-made product werestudied.The specific activity of Cr-51utilized(%)and labelling rate were lessthan those of foreign products,using 100—200μc Cr-51,the effect of cytotoxicitynot observed.Spontaneous release didnot exceed 15%.The results from thenatural killing activity indicatingthat Cr-51(home-made product)forCr-51 release assay was satisfactory.更多还原
