【摘要】 作者对喉癌患者进行部分喉切除喉成形术,观察半年以上者22例。3例复发,其中1例行全喉切除,一例再次行部分喉切除喉成形术,现已观察11月,一例局部复发又有肺转移。其余19例(包括再次手术病例)均恢复了言语、呼吸及吞嚥功能。另1例发生喉狭窄。作者认为可根据切除范围将喉成形术分为三种基本类型,I型为切除声门部一半,Ⅱ型为切除声门部大部分,Ⅲ型为切除喉的声门上部。颈部带颈阔肌皮瓣或胸骨舌骨肌筋膜,均为喉成形时的良好内衬材料,同种鼻中隔软骨是喉成形术支架的好材料。更多还原

【Abstract】 The authors have performed partial laryngectomy on 22 cases with laryngeal cancer.Three cases had complications: one had received,total laryngectomy for local extensive recurrance, one had lung metastasis with local recurrance,the other one developed laryngeal stenosis. Another case was reoperated on for local recurrance 2 years after the previous operation.After operation the 19 cases, including the reoperated one,all recovered their functions of speaking, deglutition and respiration through their natural passages.On accordance with the location of the lesion and extent of resection, laryngoplasty may be classified into 3 basal types, viz.the 1st,resection of half of glottic region, the 2nd, resection of greater part of glottic region and the 3rd,resection of supraglottic region.The evaluation of the repairing materials was discussed.更多还原
