南京郊区菜豆普通花叶病毒株系的研究

【摘要】 从南京郊区菜豆(Phaseolus vulgaris)上表现花叶、皱缩花叶、叶脉坏死症状的病株上得到的病毒分离物,它们的寄主范围较窄。能够通过桃蚜(Myzus per-sicae)、豆蚜(Aphis craccivora)进行非持久性传播。菜豆病株的花器、种子带毒并通过种子传毒。失活温度为50~65℃,稀释限点为10-2~10-5,体外存活期为24~96小时。粒体为线状,平均长度为T83nm。根据上述特性鉴定为菜豆普通花叶病毒(BCMV)。选择保留的三个BCMV分离物(NBV-4、NBV-5、NBV-6)在部分菜豆品种上致病力有显著而稳定的差异。用NBV-6的抗血清做免疫双扩散试验,三个分离物均呈阳性反应,沉淀线交界处完全融合,它们被定名为BCMV的三个株系BCMVa,BCMVb,BCMVc。用指示植物和抗血清测定,沪宁沿线均有BCMV分布,BCMV占所测样本28.7%,BCMV样本中以BCMVa占多数。

【Abstract】 Three isolates (NBV-4, NBV-5, NBV-6) of bean common mosaic virus (BCMV) were isolated from the bean(Phaseolus, vulgaris L. ) in the suburbs of Nanjing. They Were very limited in host range and could be transmitted in the non-persistant manner by Myzus persicae and Aphis craccivora. Both NBY-5 and NBV-6 were seed-transmitted in sonle varieties of the bean. The virus was detected in the flower parts and seeds from the bean inoculated with NBV-6. Three isolates were similar in thermal inactivation point (50—65℃),dilution end point (10-3—10-5), and longevity in vitro 1—4 days (above 20℃). Their particles Were flexuous and average length was 783 nm. They showed obvious positive reaction with NBV-6 antiserum in immune-diffusion test. On the basis of different reactions on some varieties of the bean, they were considered as three strains of BCMV (NBV-4:BCMYa, NBY-5: BCMVb and NBV-6:(BCMVc). Tested bydifferential hosts and the antiserum, BCMV accounted for 28.7% of the total samples from Shanghai to Nanjing.in the summer of 1984.
