【摘要】 在三头装置永久性胃和盲肠痿管的成年猪上实验确定,饲喂精料—稻草粉日粮（精粗比为4∶1）盲肠食糜的氧化还原电位（Eh）值为—270～—280mV;添喂人工瘤胃液后,可降至—320mv以下,接近瘤胃食糜水平。而胃食糜始终为正值。 两头笼养猪的胃食糜挥发性脂肪酸（VFA）含量平均4.31mM％（喂后4小时）,各酸组成（％）:C₂—49.35,C₃—38.29,C₄—10.94,C₅—1.44;盲肠食糜的VFA含量平均12.85（喂后4小时）,各酸组成（％）:C₂—60.68,C₃—24.02,C₄—14.30,C₅—1.02。添喂人工瘤胃液后,胃和盲肠食糜的VFA含量均有降低,胃食糜的乙酸％升高,而盲肠内乙酸％差别不大,丙酸有所降低。胃内C₂/C₃为1.29,盲肠内2.53,前者属丙酸发酵类型,后者则为乙酸型。 胃内pH值与Eh及VFA均呈负相关,分别为r=-0.38和r=-0.742（p<0.05）;盲肠内pH与Eh也呈负相关,r=-0.325（p<0.05）。更多还原

【Abstract】 Experiments were carried out on 3 pigs with gastral and cecal cannulaes. The results showed that the Eh ofcaecal chyme was approximately-270 ～-280mv on concentrate-milled rice straw diet and decreased to lower than-320my when fed on same diet with artificial rureen liquor.The VFA content in the stomach of two cagged pigs averaged 4.31mM% （4hrs. after feeding）, the % of individual VFA: C₂—49.35, C₃—38.29, C₄ —10.94, C₃—1.44 and in the cecum TVFA—12.85mM%; C₂—60.68, C₃—24.02, C₄—14.30, C₅—1.02. In the period of diet with ARL the VFA content either in the stomach or in caecum decreased, the acetic acid % of gastric content increased and propionic acid % lowered in cecum. C₂/C₃ in stomach was 1.29 and in caecum 2.53. It was indicated that former belonged to propionie acid fermentation pattern, and the later was acetic acid pattern.The relationship between pH and Eh and between pH and VFA instomach both appeared negative, r=-0.38 and -0.744 respectively（p<0.05）; the relationship between pH and Eh in caecum was also negative r=-0.325 （p<0.05）.更多还原
