【摘要】 从141头杂交肥育试验猪(二花脸猪为母本,引进的肉用型猪种为父本)的屠宰测定资料中,选出12项与胴体瘦肉率关系比较密切的性状,用微型电子计算机计算各性状间的表型相关及其与瘦肉率的通径系数,复相关系数(R=0.8952)。并用逐步回归的方法筛选出5个性状(胴体重、板油率、后躯重、腰大肌重、后躯瘦肉率),配置了5个估测胴体瘦肉率的最佳回归方程。 随机抽样30头杂交肥育猪的屠宰测定资料,应用配置的多元回归方程进行验证。结果以观察值计算平均相对误差小,准确度高,对估测商品猪瘦肉率有一定意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Twelve traits which are more closely related to carcass lean meat percentage were selected from the data of the slaughter measurements obtained from 141 crossbred finisher (meat breed boars×Erhualian sows).The correlation coefficient between every two traits,path coefficient between each trait and lean meat percentage,and the coefficient of the multiple correlation (R=0.8952)were calculated by a mini-computer.We used the method of regression gradually to select five traits, including carcass weight, kidney fat percentage,hindquarter weight,psoas weight,and lean meat percentage of hindquarter, and then,made it into five optimum regression equations for estimating the carcass lean meat percentage.The five multiple regression equations were validated basis of the data of thirty crossbred finisher′s measurements by random sampling.As a result,the relative error was smaller between the values observed and estimated. It may be used for estimating lean meat percentage in commercial pigs.更多还原
