【摘要】 本文报告了在牛白血病病毒(BLV)感染水平和发病情况不同的牛群中,随机抽取523头外观健康牛的耳静脉血液,进行血液常规检查和淋巴细胞酸性α-醋酸萘酯酶(ANAE)活性测定。结果除0～1岁年龄组外,BLV感染牛外周血内ANAE阳性淋巴细胞,即主要为T细胞的百分率都比无BLV感染牛的高。14头双阳性牛[BLV感染阳性,持续性淋巴细胞增多(PL)阳性]外周血内T细胞平均多达72.36％(范围23.5～90％),其中11头都在70％以上,2头处于一般水平,1头显著偏低,仅占23.5％。剔除PL阳性牛后,高感染高发病牛群外周血内T细胞百分率仍比高感染低发病牛群的高,前者各年龄组平均都在63％以上,后者只有4～5岁年龄组超过63％。由此可见,乳牛在感染BLV后,外周血内出现PL时,以及牛群在高发病的情况下,外周血内T细胞的百分率都明显增高。本文还就T细胞作为BLV靶细胞的可能性进行了较为详细的讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 The nonspecific acid a-naphthyl acetate esterase(ANAE)activity, a useful T-lymphocyte marker, was studied on 325 peripheral blood samples of cattle in 4 herds infected with bovine leukemia virus(BLV)in different degree and with various incidence of lymphosarcoma. The percentages of ANAE-positive lymphocytes(T-cells)in the peripheral blood from BLV-infected cattle were apparentlly higher than those of the BLV-free animals except the group aged 0～1.The average percentage of ANAE-positive lymphocytes in the peripheral blood of 14 BLV-infected and persistent lymphocytotic cows was 72.36%(23.5～90%), in which 11 were over 70%,2 within normal range and 1 obviously lower(23.5%).After rejecting the persistent lymphocytotic animals, the percentages of ANAE-positive lymphocytes in the peripheral blood of cattle heavily BLV-infected and with high incidemce of lymphosarcoma were still higher than those of cattle heavily BLV-infected but with lower incidence of lymphosarcoma.All the age-groups of the former had an average percentage of T-cells more than 63%, whereas only the 4～5 years old group of the later exceed the limit. The value of these findings and the posibility of T-lyrnphocytes regarded as BLV-target cells are discussed.更多还原
