【摘要】 对国内早已发现并在育种上应用的四个陆地棉芽黄突变品系初步进行了遗传鉴定。鉴定的内容主要是:(1)确定这些芽黄突变品系所涉及的遗传基因数目及其作用方式;(2)确定这些芽黄突变品系的遗传基因与美国已鉴定的十几个芽黄基因有无等位基因的关系;(3)测验这些芽黄基因与陆地棉其它标记基因之间有无连锁关系;(4)通过单体测验鉴定这些芽黄基因位于哪一条染色体上。研究结果证明,我国四个芽黄突变品系都属单基因隐性遗传;其中真叶、彭泽芽黄基因可能是以往未鉴定出来的两个新芽黄基因;这两个基因和参与鉴定的标记基因之间无连锁关系;利用现有的十几个陆地棉单体不能确定它们位于哪条染色体上。本研究还包括了几项辅助试验。更多还原

【Abstract】 Virescent straints in upland cotton have been found and caltivated in our country for many years, so far as we know no genetic study with respect to their virescent traits have been reprted. The present paper deals with a tentative genetic exploration of four domestie virescent straints collected from different provinces of our country Experimental results indicated that:1)These four virescents were all monogenetic in inheritance of their virescent traits, i.e.they were determined each by a single recessive locus:2)Genes determining two of the four virescents,"True Leaf" and "pongze" virescents,were not alleles of any one of the known virescents.Gene symbols,vt and vp,were then proposed to assign these two possibly new virescents respectively.Genes of the remaining two virescents, named" Jian Yang" and "Hu Bei"virescents, were found both to be alleles of the virescent-1 identified in U.S.A.3) There was no linkage relationship between both vt and vp and any one of those marker genes used in this study.4) No positive association between all monosomic lines used in this study and genes of vt and vp had been detected.The localization of these virescent genes should be solved in further study. Some additional tests were also made for the evaluation of certain physiological and fiber characteristics of these virescent mutants.更多还原
