【Abstract】 The emultation explosive is a kind of save explosive for collieries with coal and gas outburst,its main characteristics are:low-explosion heat,low-explosion rate and low-explosion timperature.During the manufacturing period,technological process,antiflash agent,sensitizing agent,emulsifying agent;base oil and additive agent,were taken into cosiderations,Small-scale and mediumscale tests had been passed.The total amount of 8t explosives had been produced with 100kg produced for each time.The technological process is reasonable,the equipment ran smoothly and the operations are in save conditions.The explosive properies are:rate of detonation reaches more than 3500m/s,violence is not less than 9mm,distence of sympathetic detonation varies from 40ram to 90mm,power is large than 200ml,amounts of toxic gas are less than 801/ks after explosion,anti-pipage effect is not less than 6m,storage life is more than 4 months.The explosive had been appraised in sep.1984 and made in batch process since then.更多还原
