【摘要】 在常温和常湿下。用刮膜机连续制备了宽40厘米的聚酯布增强的聚砜膜。通过调整铸膜液配方和制备条件,制得了平均孔径200—2000(?),水通量10—1000ml/cm~2.hr的聚砜膜。用甘油、磺化油、聚乙二醇和表面活性剂等处理后制得的干膜性能与湿膜相同。机制聚砜膜有较好的耐热性、耐酸碱性和耐溶剂性能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Reinforced polysulfone ( PS ) membranes with the width of 40 cm were prepared by the method of continuasly cast membrane on polyester web at ambient. The average pore radius of the membranes were 200 to 2000 A. corresponding membrane fluxes were 10 to 1000 ml/cm.~2hr at pressure of 2.5 kg/cm~2 with distilled water as feed.The membranes could be dried without changing their properties under proper protective conditions. The membranes are also stable in solutions of PH 1 to PH 13, and resistant to heat and solvents.更多还原
