膜法蛋白质分离

【摘要】 此项试验采用聚乙烯醇(PVA)动力形成膜装置和醋酸纤维素(CA)七管式装置。进行了大豆粕和菜籽饼中的蛋白质一步法和二步法生产性试验与硫甙葡萄糖式的脱毒工作。膜对蛋自质具有极高的选择性,分离率达90%以上,可将蛋白质含量为0.6%的乳清浓缩至8.5%;通过浸泡可将菜籽饼中的硫甙葡萄糖甙含量由5.2%降至0.05%以下,成为无毒饲料。并通过膜结构的定向设计,使甙完全通过膜而除去。蛋白质粉中的甙的含量达到食用的安全指标以下。实验说明,膜法蛋白质分离技术完全可应用于工业化生产。

【Abstract】 By using installations of PVA dynamic formed membrane and CA7-pipe mem- brane,this experiment made the production test of protein in soybean dreg and rapeseed cake by one-step method and two-step method,as well as the detoxica- tion of sulfur glucosideor soap glucoside.Membrane has excellent selectivity for protein,and its separation rate is as high as 90%.It can concentrate the protein whey of 0.6% into 8.5 and reduce the content of sulfur glucoside or soap gluco side in repeseed cake from 5.2% to less than 0.05% after being submerged, making it into non-poisonous feeding stuff.Soap glucoside can be removed comp- letely through the directional design of membrane structure.The amount of soap glucoside in protein powder is lower than the standard of stipulated safty amount.The experiment well indicates that the technology of protein separa- tion by membrane is applicable for industrial production.
