用回归设计法进行离合器片摩擦特性的研究

【摘要】 本文介绍用回归设计法对离合器片摩擦特性进行的试验研究,並应用它定量分析了压力、速度、温度、转数对离合器片摩擦特性的影响。这种方法不仅试验次数少,而且能把试验的安排、数据的处理、回归方程的建立、预测与控制和试验精度等统一起来全面考虑。它在摩擦学领域中(不仅局限于离合器片的研究)是一种比较完善的研究方法。

【Abstract】 A regressive design has been applied to the study of frictional characteristics of clutch disc and the quantitative analysis for the effects of load, velocity, temperature and rotating number on frictional behavior of clutch disc. A comprehensive consideration related to test arrangement, data treatment, establishment of regressive equation, prediction and control of test accuracy can be made and a small number of tests is needed by this method. It is a comparatively complete research method which can be used not only in the area of ctutch disc, but also in the other fields of tribology.
