【摘要】 在17只狗的胃窦部埋植电极,进行慢性实验,每次连续记录胃电活动4～8小时,共实验189次,总记录时间992小时以上。看到胃电的慢波有三种节律类型。主要的节律为每分钟5.4±0.3次,称慢波或主波,是所有狗胃电活动的主要节律,占总记录时间的92%。其主要特点是波形规律,节律均匀,可单独发生,亦可负载峰电活动。第二种类型为每分钟13.4±1.7次的快的慢波节律,称快慢波或快的慢波。占总记录时间的7.4%,其主要特点为不负载峰电活动,仅发生在消化间期综合肌电的静止期和不规律峰电活动期。第三种类型为早发慢波,为慢波节律中的一个慢波突然提前发生,其后紧随一个较长的时间间隔。狗胃电慢波节律的这三种类型,可为胃电图的临床应用提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The unanesthetized trained dogs with implanted electrode in the stomach wall were prepared for the study of rhythmic pattern of the slow wave of the gastroelectro-activity.The results were as follows: In the fasting condition,the frequency of the slow wave of the gactroelectro-activity may divided into three rhythmic patterns:(1) Slow wave or primary wave.The frequency of this pattern was 5.4 ±0.3 cycles/min.It occurred about 92% of the whole experiment. (2)Fast slow-wave.The frequency of this pattern was 13.4±1.7 cycles/min and it was about 7.4% of the whole experiment.(3) Premature slow-wave.This happened just like an extra-systoles of the heart.The premature slow-wave was always followed by a com- pensatory pause.This pattern occurred in the experiment very often.更多还原
