泡桐等14种阔叶树材的点着温度及燃烧热值试验

【摘要】 <正> 国内外对泡桐材(尉外一般仅为毛泡桐)的性质及用途已有部分研究。最近成俊卿等著《泡桐属木材的性质和用途的研究》曾比较详细而系统地论述了8种泡桐木材在解剖、物理、化学、力学、工艺等方面的特性及主要用途,并通过试验澄清或纠正了有关泡桐材性和利用方面某些有疑问及错误的记载;但是尚缺少关于泡桐材燃烧特性的资料。本文就上文所用的8种泡桐及用作对照的轻重不同的6种阔叶树木材的点着温度和燃烧热值的测试结果作为该文的补充;同时亦查明了所谓“毛泡桐发火点为425℃的问题。

【Abstract】 Based on the ISO 817"Determine the temperature of released combu-sting gas with a small amount of powdering material"and the Chinesestandard of"The method on determining heat value of biological fuels"theigniting temperatures and the heat values of eight species of genus Pau-lownia and the other six Chinese hardwoods had been determined. The igniting temperatures of Paulownias were 256—268℃ and higherthan those Gossampinus malabaricus (DC.)Merr.and Populus tomentose Carr.It might be explained that the ignition of Paulownias is more difficultthan the other hardwoods under the same conditions (including sp.gr.).It would be wrong that the igniting temperature of P.tomentose(Thunb.)Steud.was high up to 425℃ reported by some writers before. The heat values of eight Paulownias were 4196—4486 Cal/g.Not somuch differences were occurred among the species.
