【摘要】 本文通过134例感染性高热患者之白细胞粘度,白细胞电泳时间测定表明,这些患者之白细胞粘度增高,白细胞电泳时间延长。丹参、ATP能阵低白细胞粘度,缩短白细胞电泳时间,提示两药可能有增那白细胞之表面电荷,提高白细胞之变形能力,增强其吞噬作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The electrophoretic time and viscosity of WBC are investigated in a group of 134 infective high-fever patients. Results demonstrated that the electrophoretic time and viscosity of WBC of them increased. Radix Sal-viae Miltiorrhiza Bunge and ATP can reduce the electrophoretic time and decrease the viscosity of WBC. These two drugs may increase the surface charge of WBC, and enhance amoebic movement and phagocytosis of WBC.更多还原
