Ni2+:BeAl2O4晶体的红外荧光及其寿命研究
The Infrared Fluorescence Spectra and Decay Lifetime of Ni Doped Chrysoberyl
【摘要】 本文首次报道用激光诱导荧光法测量Ni2+;BeAl2O4晶体3T2→3A2电子振动跃迁的荧光及其寿命的结果。测得室温下荧光的中心波长为1.33μm,带宽(FwHM)为0.14μm(1.26~1.40μm),荧光谱中心相对于吸收谱中心的红移为0.225μm,3T2态的辐射寿命为198μs。
【Abstract】 This paper reports for the first time the measurement results on the infrared fluorescence spectra and the lifetime of 3T2—3A2 vibronic transition of Ni2+:BeAl2O4 crystal with LIFM. At room temperature(300K), the center wavelength of the fluorescence spectra is 1.33μm and the bandwidth (FWHM) is 0.14μm(1.26μm—1.40μm).The red-shift of the fluorescence spectra center deviated from the absorption spectra centr is 0.255μm(1770cm-1) and the radiative lifetime of 3T2 is 198μs.
