底层大空间剪力墙结构抗震设计

【摘要】 本文叙述地震区底层大空间剪力墙结构的研究。剪力墙结构的标准层用做住宅或旅馆,底层去掉部分剪力墙形成大空间做为商店或餐厅,这种建筑结构已在我国建成。本文主要叙述1/6比例的12层剪力墙结构模型特性及其拟动力试验结果。对这种结构体系的抗震性能进行综述,并提出抗震设计的主要关键。

【Abstract】 Thjs paper presents a study of the shear wall structure system with large space on the ground floor which is effective for the design of buildings in seismic zones. Shear wall structures are used for typical floors of apartments or hotels, meanwhile large spaces are provided for shops and restaurants at the ground floor by cutting part of the shear walls. Many buildings of this kind have been built in China. This paper presents mainly the characteristics of 1/6 scale model of a 12—storey shear wall structure and its pseudo dynamic test results. It gives a general survey of the aseismic behavior of the structural system. Key points to be considered in the seismic design of the structure are also given in this paper.
