STTEADY STATE DISTTRIBUTION OF SODIUM ION AND ACTIVE TRANSPORT IN RENAL ASCENDING LIMB OF HENLE

【摘要】 <正> In this letter, we propose a mathematical model for active transport of sodium ion in renal ascending lilnb of Henle (ALH). Rocha and Kokko by experiment proved that there is violent active transport of sodium ion in the thick ascending limb of Henle (TALH), although there is disagreement about this question. Considering the action of sodium pump, we pat forward a steady reaction-diffusion model, in which we improved and developed the Middleman’s model. We obtained an implicit asymptotic solution.更多还原
