旋转磁场退火消除非晶合金磁各向异性的研究
MODIFICATION OF MAGNETIC ANISOTROPY OF AMORPHOUS ALLOYS BY ANNEALING IN ROTARY MAGNETIC FIELD
【摘要】 利用测定磁化功之差法,研究了旋转磁场退火(RFA)温度TRFA、保温时间tRFA和冷速VRFA对非晶Fe5Co73Si10B12合金磁各向异性KQ的影响规律,发现在TRFA=400℃,tRFA=30min和VRFA=6℃/min条件下,RFA可使KQ降低约80%.KQ减少的原因是由于RFA驱散了应力-磁致伸缩耦合与原子对方向有序引起的磁各向异性的结果.
【Abstract】 The modification of the magnetic anisotropy of the amorphous alloyFe5Co(73Si10B12influenced by the annealing in rotary magnetic field under differenttemperatures,times and cooling rates has been investigated by means of the mea-surement of the magnetization difference between parallel and perpendicular tothe longitudinal direction of the ribbon specimens.It was obtained that under theconditions of 400℃,30 min and 6℃/min,the anisotropy may be reduced up toabout 80%.The proposal has also been analyzed that the above-mentioned modi-fication of magnetic anisotropy is caused by dispersing the directional orderingof the coupling of stress-magneto-striction and atomic pairs.
