双层辉光离子渗钨及其后热处理工艺的研究
Study on Tungsten Ionic Surface Alloying By Double layers Glow Discharge and Following Heat Treatment
【摘要】 本文论述了双层辉光离子渗钨、钼及其后三种热处理工艺对四种钢材表面组织和性能的影响。试验结果表明,其表面硬度及抗蚀性能都有很大的提高。
【Abstract】 This paper deals with the study on effects of tungsten and molyhdenum ionic surface alloying and three following heat treating processes on the surface mierostructures and properties of four steels. The experimental results shows that the surface hardness and corrosion resistance of the treated steels are increased remarkably.
