江苏省一种小麦土传病毒病的研究——Ⅰ.发病规律与病原鉴定
STUDIES ON A SOIL-BORNE VIRUS DISEASE OF WHEAT IN JIANGSU PROVINCE——I. RULES GOVERNING THE INCIDENCE OF THE DISEASE AND IDENTIFICATION OF THE PATHOGEN
【摘要】 我省春季麦田发生的一种被称为“小麦黄叶病”的新病毒病,病叶呈不规则条斑或梭条状花叶,黄化。感病适宜土温为15℃左右,发病适温为7—10℃,15℃以上逐渐隐症。病田土和有多粘菌危害的病麦根具有传病作用。此病毒只感染小麦,不感染大麦、黑麦和燕麦。病叶表皮细胞内具有无定形内含体,超薄切片可见风轮状内含体。病毒粒体为线状,最长粒体可达2400nm以上。根据上述特性,此病毒被鉴定为小麦梭条花叶病毒(WSSMV)。
【Abstract】 A new virus disease was noticed in wheat fields during the middle of the seventies in Jiangsu Province. This disease usually occurred in the spring and was characterized by irregular streak, spindle streak mosaic or yellowing of the leaves. It has been called the wheat yellow leaf disease since then. The optimum soil temperature for infection was around 15℃ and the optimum temperature for the development of symptoms was between 7℃ and 10℃. Above 15℃, the symptoms gradually disappeared. The soil in diseased fields and the wheat root endangered by Polymyxa graminis played an important role in the transmission of the disease. This virus infected Triticum aestivum L.,but not Hordeum vulgare L.,Secale cereale L. and Avena sativa L.. Amorphous inclusions were detected in epidermal cells of the wheat leaves. Pinwheel inclusions in ultrathin sections were observed under electron microscopy. The virus particles were flexuous and the longest particle was over 2400nm. On the basis of these properties, it was identified as wheat spindle streak mosaic virus (WSSMV).
