苜蓿生产的农业气候计算机模拟模式—ALFAMOD

【摘要】 ALFAMOD模式是用来模拟苜蓿生产以及它与气象、土壤环境之间关系的。本文用ALFAMOD对美国俄勒岗州不同地区苜蓿的潜在产量和苜蓿生产对肥水的需求量进行了估价,对不同年份和不同收割期的产量预测取得了令人满意的结果。根据ALFAMOD的模拟结果,将俄勒岗州划分成10个苜蓿农业生态区。还讨论了不同地区苜蓿生产的最优策略。

【Abstract】 ALFAMOD was designed to simulate alfalfa production in Oregon, emphasized on the relationship with climatic and soil environments. ALFAMOD is composed of four first level submodels and several second level submodels. A brief sketch of computations used by ALFAMOD is as follows:P= 0.0173*M*J*U*V*W*Zwhere, P: the potential productivity of alfalfa in ten-day periods; 0.0173: the potential productivity of alfalfa in tons per acre per hour underoptimum light and temperature environments; M: the number of days in ten-day periods; J: photosynthetic effective day length in hours; U: factor of solar radiation; V: factor of leaf area; W: factor of day temperature; Z: factor of night temperature.The goals of ALFAMOD were: 1) to predict growing season and cutting dates in various alfalfa-producing areas; 2) to estimate potential productivity of alfalfa based on climate; 3) to evaluate water and fertilizer requirements for alfalfa growth, and 4) to facilitate optimal management decisions in alfalfa production.The agreement between predicted alfalfa yields and real yields in different years and for different cuttings was found to be satisfactory. The water and fertilizer requirements of alfalfa at different locations in Oregon were evaluated. Oregon was divided into ten alfalfa agro-ecological regions according to the simulated results of ALFAMOD. The optimum strategies of alfalfa production in diffe-rentregions in Oregon were also discussed.
