【摘要】 本文研究了紫芝多糖抗辐射及升白细胞的作用.结果表明,对300拉德照射犬,照后早期肌注给药,比对照组提高30天存活率达33.3%(25-42.9%).临床治疗白细胞减少症175例,总有效率72.57%,远期效果也较满意.此外,本文还对紫芝多糖的作用原理及其特点作了探讨.更多还原

【Abstract】 The antiradiation and leucopoietic activities of Ganoderma Sinense Polysaccharides were studied. Results of a 30 days experiment revealed, that dogs exposed to 300 rads of 60Co-r rays, had a survival rate 33.3% ( 25-42.9% ) higher than that of the control when Ganoderma Sinense Polysaccharides was injected intramuscularly early after irradiation. Climical treatment of 175 cases of leucopenia patient showed 72.57% effective when Ganoderma Sinense Polysaccharides tablet was given orally. There was no undesirable effect subsequently too. In addition, this paper also studied the mechanism of the drug action.更多还原
