加肋和离散支承旋转壳的应力计算

【摘要】 本文用有限元法研究了加肋和复合材料弹性旋转薄壳的静力问题。分别考虑了密集肋与离散环向肋两种情形。对于密集肋,计入了肋的偏心影响,将此类问题简化为各向异性壳的静力问题。对于离散环肋,准确处理了肋和壳的耦合。考虑了旋转壳离散支承对应力分布的影响。为了得到支承附近的真实应力,进行了二次计算。多数算例与分析解做了比较,说明本文所提供的方法和程序是可靠的。

【Abstract】 A static analysis of the ribbed shell of revolution made of composite materials by using the finite element method is presented in this paper. Two different cases are considered. In the first case the ribs distributed densely in latitudinal and in meridional. The problem is simplified into a static analysis of the orthotropic shell and the eccentric effects are evaluated. In the second case the circle ribs are distributed sparsely in latitudinal. Coupling of ribs and shell has been treated accurately. The influence of discrete supports on the stress distribution is treated. In order to show the local characteristic near the discrete supports a second iterative computation is made.The computer program in general purpose BSRC based on the theoretical model presented in this paper is realized. The comparison of the results for a series of numerical examples to the analytical solutions shows that the theoretical model and computer program are reliable and efficient.
