关于低压电器开关的CAD
CAD for the Mechanical Properties of the Switches for Low-Voltage Electrical Appliances and Its Applications
【摘要】 在文献[1]的启发下,重新构造了物理和几何非线性变截面梁柱系统有限元模式,提出了“非常规”定解问题及其迭加解法,编制了通用程序,将有限元与正交回归设计结合,除拟合多项工作参数工程算式外,还独立构造了与疲劳寿命有关的3个参数并导出了相应算式及疲劳寿命算式。运用工程算式及疲劳寿命算式进行优化设计可得满足各种要求的优质区间,在优质区间内组装开关能保证力学参数和疲劳寿命凝聚。本文所给出的CAD方法已应用于AK型,BK型,WWK-1型低压电器开关。
【Abstract】 In this paper the authors have, under the enlightenment of Reference [1], reconstructed the physical and geometric nonlinear finite element formulas for the variable-sectioned plane beam system; independently advanced the unconventional’ problem together with its superposition solution; coded a general program; composed by combining the finite element with the orthogonal regression design the multi-parameter engineering formulas; independently structured three fatigue-life parameters and thus derived the computation scheme for the fatigue life; and with the help of these engineering formulas and the fatigue-life computation scheme discovered the high-quality areas for the optimized design satisfying various requirements. The CAD method given in this text has already been applied to the AK-type,BK-type, WWK1-type switches for low-voltage electrical appliances.
