【摘要】 本文对50例成人下肢的腓肠神经、腓肠内侧皮神经、腓神经交通支及其血管作了观察。腓肠神经的营养动脉来自腓动脉的肌皮支。腓肠内侧皮神经中间部及远侧部的动脉来自邻近细小肌皮血管。腓神经交通支中间部及远侧部亦由邻近的肌皮血管供给。腓肠神经的部分静脉直接注入小隐静脉。更多还原

【Abstract】 The sural nerve and its nutrient vessels have been investigated in 50 Chinese adult cadavers. Our results suggest that the nutrient arteries of the sural nerve arise from the small myocutaneous branches of the peroneal artery. The average length of the arteriae comitants of the medial sural cutaneous nerve is 88.40±5.13 mm, the caliber being 0.79 ±0.05mm. On the average, the length of the arterise comitants of the sural anastomotic nerve is 75.32±4.28mm, the caliber being 0.86±0.04mm. The venous drainage of the cutaneous nerve parallels predominatly the arterial supply.更多还原
