【摘要】 20例口服棉酚节育者,服药总剂量分别为2—13.95克,停药已2-8年,精子常规计数均曾回升至400万个/ml以上。采其精液作精子电镜观察,以探讨服棉酚停药后精子的超微结构改变。结果:精液中畸形精子数颇多,扫描电镜多见精子的颈、中段有异常膨隆;在透射电镜下,该膨隆区内包含有不规则形或成层板状的膜性小体,它们主要由核后环尾侧的核膜过度增生,向颈、中段胞质延伸而成,亦有反褶入胞核内,成为核内膜性包含体。更多还原

【Abstract】 Twenty subjects had taken orally a total dosege of gossypol of 2-13.95gm and stop-ped medication for 2-8 years. The routine sperm count in all cases had recovered to nor-mal level but a few again dropped to below normal. An electronmicroscopic observation of the ejaculated spermatozoa was performed to study the ultrastructural alterations of spermatozoa after cessation of gossypol treatment.更多还原
