哺乳动物和人肱二头肌的纤维型

【摘要】 本文通过对小鼠、大鼠、豚鼠、兔和狗五个种属及人肱二头肌的研究,用组织化学的方法,证明肱二头肌由Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型两种纤维组成。Ⅰ型纤维的直径小于Ⅱ型纤维的直径。

【Abstract】 The fiber types of brachial biceps of mice, rats, guinea pigs, rabbits, dogs and human beings are studied with histochemical method. Our result indicates that fiber of brachial biceps consist of typeⅠand Ⅱ. Diameter of typeⅠis smaller than type Ⅱ.
