新生儿肺小叶的形态学观察

【摘要】 本文取新生儿肺20例,采用乳胶灌注制成塑型和组织切片的方法,在立体显微镜下对新生儿肺小叶的形态进行了比较系统的观察。终末细支气管一般成“T”字形分成两支第一级呼吸性细支气管,而各级呼吸性细支气管可以分成两支、三支或四支次级呼吸性细支气管,最后一级呼吸性细支气管终于2-6个肺泡囊。并且,测量了终末细支气管以远结构的长度、宽度和计数肺泡数。新生儿两肺的肺泡数平均为33×10~6个,是成人的10~15分之一。最后,对肺小叶的临床应用进行了讨论。

【Abstract】 The morphology of the acini in the lungs from 20 newborn infants were studied by means of latex corrsion modelling method. The preparation were dissected and examined under stero-microscopy. It was found that the terminal bronchole always diverges in to two first grade respiratory bronchioles, wherease, the respiratory bronchiole branchs into two, three or even four respiratory bronchioles of the next grade. The last grade respiratory bronchiole termina-tes in 2 to 6 alvelar sacs The total number of the alveoli of each baby is about 33 million, 18%of which are directly connected to the respiratory bronchioles and the other 82% to alveolar sac. The diamater and length of terminal and respiratory bronchioles, alveolar sac and alveoli were measured. The clinical implication of the study were discussed.
