【摘要】 乌鸡(Gauas gallus dones ticus)马立克氏病,是由马立克氏病疱疹病毒引起一种淋巴细胞增生肿瘤性疾病。其特征是周围神经以及性腺、虹膜、内脏器官、肌肉和皮肤发生淋巴细胞浸润和形成肿瘤样病灶。本病有高度传染性,其发病率和死亡率都很高,对乌鸡养殖业危害极大。作者于1983年6月间在长春郊区某鸡场乌鸡群发现本病,对自然发病典型病例的病理材料,作了比较系统的病理组织学观察,为诊断此病,提供了诊断程序及完整的病理组织学资料。更多还原

【Abstract】 In June, 1983, Marek’s disease of white blaak-bone chichen (Gallus gallus domesticus) was discovered at one of the chichen farms in the suburbs of Changchun City,Jilin Province. A histopathological observation was done on the pathogenic tissues obtained from the organs of the infected chickens and the charateristics were found as follows, lymphocyte infiltration and lymphonatoips happening at peripheral nerves, ovary, sexual glands, iris, viscera, muscle and skin.
