利用番茄TM-2nv连锁基因选育抗TMV番茄新品种的研究初报
PRELIMINARY REPORT ON THE BREEDING OF TMV-RESISTANT TOMATO STRAINS WITH LINKED GENES OF TOMATO TM-2nv
【摘要】 <正>在番茄育种中,抗烟草花叶病毒(TMV)是重要的育种目标之一。这一抗性是受遗传基因控制的,在杂种后代中表现为显性遗传。控制番茄TMV抗性的基因主要有TM1、TM—2和TM2a等3个,其中TM—2和TM2a的抗病性比TM1高得多。TM—2基因位于第9染色体的22位点上,它和植株黄化、生长缓慢的隐性基因nv呈紧密的连锁遗传,一般把这种与nv基因连锁的TM—2写成TM-2nv。这给番茄TM-2nv基因的转育和进一步利用提供了有利的条件。
【Abstract】 Manapile TM-2nv and Dwarf Yellow TM-2nv, resistant to tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) , are two tomato varieties widely cultivated. However, they lack of the qualitips of pink color and peach shape to meet market demand. To solve this problem, a great number of combinations havebeen made through hybridization with Manapile TM-2nT, Dwarf Yellow TM-2nv, 805-3-1, Datao, Jubilee, 365-6, Jinongda 561, Beinongda 24, and Pingguoqing. After the selection and comparison of many generations, several promising new strains resistant to TMV have been selected.
